We charge a flat rate for the first 1/2 hour of service.  After that we charge an hourly rate.

There is also a travel service charge on most service calls.

Phone consultations are provided at no cost; however, be aware that there are generally no 'user servicable' parts inside your organ.

Once we have all the details we need about the problem with your organ (or what you need done) we will provide a detailed estimate to you for your review and approval.
